Doctor Who fan builds full-size 1983 TARDIS console room in backyard | SWNS

Video filmed in July 2026 shows a lifelong Doctor Who fan opening a full-size replica of the 1983 TARDIS console room at his home in South Kyme, Lincolnshire, England. Brendan Sheppard said he spent between £30,000 and £40,000 building the screen-accurate set over two years with the help of craftspeople and former Doctor Who production staff. The attraction opened to the public earlier this month and has already sold out through August.
