The Marvel Cinematic Universe has dozens of deleted scenes. Some of them would have drastically changed the MCU forever. A Deadpool cameo in Thor Ragnarok would have put him in Avengers: Endgame. The Hulk's opening scene would have given us a darker MCU. And captain Marvel's Age of Ultron cameo would have drastically changed Captain America: Civil War.
