What's All Wrong with HOOVIES
Even with only 800 miles on Hoovies "Junked" 1998 Chevy Monte Carlo OFFICIAL pace car it still has problems. What do I find? I can fix one issue, but not the other. ALSO why can't this car EVER be street legal?
