Used Vipers now cost the same as new GT3s.

The 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring ($228,000 as specced in Canada, ~$180,000 USD converted) and the Dodge Viper GTS ($132,890 when new in Canada, ~$102,570 USD converted) are two absurdly riotous sports cars. A gruesome 8.4L V10 powers the Viper, pushing out 640 pure American horsepower and 600 lb ft of raw torque. The 4.0 L flat-six in the Porsche GT3 Touring screams its way to 9000 rpm, making 502 hp and 347 lb ft of torque - all while singing its own version of the German national anthem. Each car brings something unique to the table; Thomas and James are eager to see what makes each of these cars special. We hope you enjoy the episode! Thanks for watching! SUBSCRIBE!

Special thank you to Jeff Kormos and the Viper Club Of Ontario for providing the Viper
Also to Naveen, for being the keymaster.

The 2024 Volkswagen Golf R DSG ($52,828 starting in Canada, $47,690 starting in the US) has appeared many times on Throttle House already, but this time it’s here for a more personal reason. James bought this one. After much deliberation and research, and in lieu of many other options, James has opted for the Golf R in Lapiz Blue with automatic transmission. In this episode of Throttle House, James walks us through why he made this purchase while trying to convince Thomas that he made the right decision. We hope you enjoy the episode! And then subscribe, silly.

How do incentives on new cars including things like 0% financing affect used car values? They are more closely related than you might think. Automotive manufacturers understand that consumers can be swayed to make purchasing decisions in different ways which is why incentives can vary so much.

https://www.ipacket.us/ Check out my sales teams favorite piece of technology and find out why our clients love it so much.

During my visit to the 2025 NADA Conference in New Orleans, I got the chance to swing by the iPacket booth and hang out with the team.

At Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted, we've been using iPacket for over 8 years. I got to the store in 2016, and I have seen COUNTLESS vendors and technologies come and go from the store. iPacket is one of the ONLY constants because of the information it provides our clients and the insights it provides our sales team. It is a WIN-WIN product that gives massive value to both the dealer and the consumer, and our 8 year relationship with the product is evidence of our belief in that.

If you are a car dealer, especially one that sells and reconditions Used Cars, I strongly urge you to give iPacket a look if you haven't already. https://www.ipacket.us/
