The 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring ($228,000 as specced in Canada, ~$180,000 USD converted) and the Dodge Viper GTS ($132,890 when new in Canada, ~$102,570 USD converted) are two absurdly riotous sports cars. A gruesome 8.4L V10 powers the Viper, pushing out 640 pure American horsepower and 600 lb ft of raw torque. The 4.0 L flat-six in the Porsche GT3 Touring screams its way to 9000 rpm, making 502 hp and 347 lb ft of torque - all while singing its own version of the German national anthem. Today, we resurrect a forgotten project car for a very special reason. My friend, Mat Armstrong (@MatArmstrongbmx ) frequently comes over and builds a car at my shop, and we need to give him a courtesy vehicle worthy of his brand. That's why we chose our 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited, a car we used for Car Trek, but have since forgotten about.

We put some new life into this aging SUV, along with some very unique mods, then we present it to him. Fingers crossed that he likes it.
