My name is Simon d'Entremont and I'm a professional wildlife and nature photographer from Canada. In this video, I share my experience in setting up and customizing my focus settings on my Canon cameras, having used a T3i, 7D, 7D II, 5D IV, R6 and R5. I’ll walk you through the basic settings, show you how and when to use each of the custom cases, and how to tweak these cases to make sure you get the best out of every action shot opportunity. Even if you don't shoot Canon, I think you can get some valuable tips for other models as well.

Autofocus is a setting on the camera. Click on the i button on the back of the camera. Then go to Auto Focus Area. Then select Wide L with the happy face for wide area auto focus with people.
