The Doctor explains to Sally and Larry that he and Martha were transported to the past by the Weeping Angels. The Angels are "quantum locked", allowing them to move incredibly fast when unobserved but when they are seen they literally turn to stone. They cover their eyes to avoid looking at each other, giving them their weeping appearance. Sally must not look away or even blink to avoid them.

On today's episode of Car Trek, AutoTempest challenged the guys to test their cars on a dry lake bed. The only problem is that it's 130 degrees outside and these cars weren't meant for that kind of climate when they were new. Ed's Aston Martin V12 Vanquish is barely a 4-banger at this point, Tyler's CL65 AMG breaks in a new and hilarious way, but Freddy's Maserati has been reborn in the form of a 2007 BMW M6, graciously negotiated by Ed. Today, we resurrect a forgotten project car for a very special reason. My friend, Mat Armstrong (@MatArmstrongbmx ) frequently comes over and builds a car at my shop, and we need to give him a courtesy vehicle worthy of his brand. That's why we chose our 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Limited, a car we used for Car Trek, but have since forgotten about.
We put some new life into this aging SUV, along with some very unique mods, then we present it to him. Fingers crossed that he likes it.
